Privacy policy
Last updated 8 November 2026
This policy covers all Tidewell Software products. Tidewell Software is operated by a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we"). We collect as little data as possible.
What our products process
- WordPress plugins: run on your own website; data such as order and withdrawal records stays in your WordPress database. If you opt in to Freemius usage tracking or buy a licence, Freemius processes account and licence data under its own privacy policy.
- Atlassian apps (Forge): run on Atlassian's infrastructure. We store only the app configuration you enter (for example webhook URLs and filters) in Forge storage. Issue data is processed only to send the notifications you configure and is not stored by us.
- Apify Actors: run on Apify's platform with your inputs; results are stored in your own Apify account. We see aggregated run statistics provided by Apify, not your result data.
Support emails
If you email us, we keep the correspondence to help you, for up to 2 years.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use only the processors named above (Freemius, Atlassian, Apify, our email provider) and Cloudflare to host this website.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal data: email benjamin@benjaminbritton.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
